      Jun Yi Flexible Gripper General Assembly:

       

      The main feature of the general assembly technology is that the robot carries the forming tooling and then uses the tooling combination to position the vehicle body.

       

      In the positioning process, the left and right side tooling and the rear tooling are connected to form an integral frame.

       

      The robot grasps different tools and assembles them to form different vehicle types, thus realizing flexible production of various vehicle types in the same station.

       

      The positioning accuracy of the tooling does not depend on the repeated positioning accuracy of the robot (±0.5mm), but relies on the wedge-shaped groove of the bottom tooling and the positioning surface of the interlocking head as the positioning reference of the robot tooling (Jun Yi provides a standard docking locking mechanism). Three-coordinate datum points are arranged on the side and rear tooling, and standard measurement datum on the relative positioning gripper is established through conversion of the coordinate system of the bottom fixture, thus ensuring the assembly precision of the positioning tooling.

       

       

      Zero-Point Positioning Locking Unit

       

      The holding block is locked by spring force and self-locking is realized by adding positioning pins. The standard pressurization function uses compressed air to increase the force in the spring device and on the piston surface. Compressed air at a pressure of 6 bar is sufficient to open the module. After the air in the module is released, the spring device automatically locks the module. Repeated positioning accuracy is ± 0.1 mm.

      This general assembly is a set of high-pace, multi-model and mixed-line production general assembly system independently developed by Jun Yi. The system has the following advantages:

       

      Ultra-high welding pace, high-speed switching of multiple models (more models can be customized), and independent driving switching power can meet the production pace of mixed line. Seamless switching can be realized during mixed line production, saving precious time for customers.

       

      With modular design, each module is installed and used independently, and can be configured and selected according to actual requirements.       The system is a High-Speed roller bed mechanism with flexible switching of multiple vehicle types. The lifting platform is used in combination with the skid.       Vertical Accumulating Pallet Conveyor:

      The system is used for vertical conveying of workpieces and step-by-step motion conveying, and can temporarily store a plurality of workpieces on the conveying line. It is mainly used in the fields of automobiles, 3C, new energy, machining, etc.

      Advantages: The traditional horizontal Accumulating Pallet Conveyor is placed on the ground, and the workpieces are generally arranged according to the 400mm spacing of individual parts, and the accumulated number is more than 7, plus the length of the head and tail, the general length is more than 4 meters. The automatic welding station, especially the main welding line station, often wastes the width space of the workshop due to the arrangement of APC.

    At present, the flexible production line for automobile welding has not yet formed a standard process mode. When new models are put into operation, different manufacturers have to redesign the process and equipment every time. Therefore, the design cost is high and the compatibility is poor.

     

    SERVO Locator Unit (SLU) and Positioner Locator Unit (FLU) are key equipment for multi-model collinear production of body-in-white welding line.       Sunroof hemming is a special hemming method. The outer plates used for common hemming and water drop hemming are all subjected to stamping process, so that the outer plates are turned over at a certain angle, and the bending places will show different degrees of fillet radius, while the outer plates used for sunroof hemming are not subjected to stamping process, so the outer plates need to be turned over 180 degrees in the hemming process.

      Flight Hemming:

      The simple clamping fixture of the sunroof is positioned above the sunroof positioning gripper, and the sunroof fastener is gripped by a robot, and the hemming is in the form of a pair of wheel hemming, wherein the fixed wheel is used for shaping, and the movable wheel is used for floating hemming. Through 4 sets of pairs of wheels, the 180 degree hemming can be completed. (The following figure shows the flight hemming process)

         Roller hemming Head-Servo:

       

      The pressing machine is used in traditional car door edging process, which has the disadvantages of high cost, difficult debugging, difficult type change, etc. At present, the whole vehicle factory has gradually adopted robot hemming, but the traditional robot, affected by the hemming speed, is difficult to meet the requirements of high pace

      Traditional robot hemming technology uses robots to drive edged roller to bind the workpieces. As the rollers are passive in the hemming process, too fast running speed of robots will lead to wrinkling of workpieces, which is often incapable in high pace hemming applications.

      Online Wheel  Hemming Process:


         Online whee hemming uses a number of rail lines for single-direction displacement, a group of limiting blocks is used for limiting the limit position, a double-acting cylinder is used as a power source, and a force balance principle is used for regular floating motion, so that each group of rollers can perform regular hemming motion under the action of equal force within a limited range. A new type of online hemming system is realized by using floating hemming assembly, caul clamp, visual positioning, etc.


      Features of Online Wheel Hemming:

       

      1. Caul function: Effectively position and support the body panel and play a guiding and positioning role on the roller head.

      2. The roller head group can automatically adjust the spacing between a group of rollers according to the principle of force balance during hemming, thus realizing floating hemming.

      3. The rolling head uses a floating mechanism to ensure uniform force during the rolling process.
