          Windmill Switching Technology
        • In the traditional fixture modularization switching mode, the clamping unit in the fixture can realize the switching of positioning of multiple vehicle types through flipping, sliding, lifting, rotating and other modes. Featured by low technical difficulty and simple structure, it’s convenient for maintenance and has wide application range.

          Shanghai Jun Yi optimized this switching mode and made a modular unit design.

          Due to the fixed position, it is applicable to the situation where the vehicle type information has been confirmed.

          Because each car uses one location, it occupies much space. When there are dense and many positioning positions for multiple vehicle types, you are not recommended to use the flipping and sliding unit.

        • The NC switching unit independently developed by Shanghai Jun Yi is driven by a servo motor with a positioning accuracy of+/-0.1 mm. Under the condition that the positioning aperture of each vehicle type is consistent, any vehicle type can be positioned theoretically as long as it’s within the movement range of the mechanism.

        • Systematic introduction:
           
          Modular horizontal repository: mainly used in multi-vehicle mixed-flow production line tooling switching system. The system mainly includes switching main track and horizontal repository. The horizontal repository is modular design, flexible collocation and diverse combination forms (see figure below for details). The gear rack and motor drive is used for the storage transmission, which ensures the accuracy and speed, and the control is simple. It can be flexibly extended to 4 models, 6 models or even 8 models from storage.

        • This mechanism provides a flexible switching system for multiple fixtures in a single workstation. Manual propulsion is adopted for the switching mode, and a switching device with a telescopic positioning pin at the bottom can accomplish the fixture positioning work quickly.
