To strengthen the safety production defense line and enhance employees’ safety awareness and emergency response capabilities, on the afternoon of April 1, 2026, Shanghai Junyi specially invited a third-party safety management instructor to conduct safety knowledge training and fire emergency drills.

At 1:15 p.m., the safety training program officially commenced in the third-floor conference room, with each department assigning two employees to participate. The instructor focused on emergency procedures for fire incidents and work processes in confined spaces, drawing on typical industry-specific safety hazard cases to analyze the root causes of accidents and key preventive measures. This helped employees address gaps in their safety knowledge and laid a solid theoretical foundation for the subsequent hands-on drills.

At 3:00 p.m., upon the sounding of the alarm, all employees promptly and orderly evacuated in accordance with the established procedures—without running and taking precautions against stampedes—and swiftly and systematically exited the office building and factory premises to the designated emergency assembly area. Upon safely reaching the assembly point, they lined up by team.

At the exercise site, Wang Fengkai, head of the Junyi Safety Management Committee, provided a briefing on fire safety knowledge, covering fire prevention, initial fire suppression, proper emergency reporting, organized evacuation, rescue operations, and relevant laws and regulations. Subsequently, the instructor demonstrated the standard operating procedures for fire extinguishers and fire hydrants on-site.

Following this, the session moved on to hands-on fire-extinguishing practice. The instructor provided one-on-one, step-by-step guidance, and more than ten new and experienced employees eagerly participated, carefully following the training guidelines: positioning themselves upwind, holding the fire extinguisher, and using the mnemonic “shake, pull, spray” to aim at the base of the flame and press the handle until the fire was extinguished.

This initiative combined training with learning and drills with prevention, thereby not only assessing the company’s emergency response capabilities but also ensuring that employees are proficient in essential emergency skills. Shanghai Junyi will continue to conduct safety training and drills on a regular, ongoing basis, firmly assigning and enforcing safety responsibilities, and implementing robust measures to safeguard the company’s high-quality development.
