On the afternoon of March 20, Li Wei, General Manager of Shanghai Junyi New Energy Business Unit, was invited to attend the 6th Ningde International New Energy Battery and Intelligent Manufacturing Technology Industry Conference, where he delivered a compelling speech titled "CTP Automated Production Line Technology Sharing & PACK Smart Factory Planning." The talk aimed to explore new opportunities for future collaboration and mutual success through knowledge sharing and learning.
The presentation highlighted key technological solutions in the PACK production process—specifically, cell handling in the CTP (Cell-to-Pack) methodology, module stacking, laser welding, and module integration into the battery box. Additionally, it shared insights into the smart factory planning trends for PACK lines, focusing on four critical areas: high-flexibility and high-throughput production line design, virtual simulation during the line-planning phase, IT-driven and intelligent system integration, and the specialized, machine-based implementation of mature production technologies. The presentation was warmly received by the attending experts, sparking enthusiastic discussions throughout the session!
