Shanghai Junyi Debuts at the 4th SEC New Energy Engineering and Development Conference 2023

On June 29, 2023, Cheng Yuanxin, Technical Director of the New Energy Equipment Division at Shanghai Junyi Industrial Automation Co., Ltd., was invited to attend the event held in Changzhou. The 4th New Energy Engineering and Industry Development Conference and delivered a compelling speech titled "Exploring Smart Factory Planning for Module PACKs."
The presentation highlighted four key planning trends for intelligent factories in the new energy module PACK line, derived from an analysis of the current state of the new energy industry: streamlined and flexible production line design with high throughput; the simultaneous integration of virtual simulation tools during the production line planning phase; full-scale informatization and智能化 of production lines—featuring MES, QMS, and a private factory cloud infrastructure; and the specialized customization of mature process equipment. Additionally, it provided a clear and concise overview of Junyi’s current capabilities in terms of cell production capacity, module output, and PACK line throughput rates. The presentation also delved into Junyi’s advanced capabilities in line simulation, capacity matching, and path optimization, as well as its cutting-edge MES system, QMS quality control system, private cloud platform for smart factories, and critical production processes involved in module and PACK manufacturing.
