Shanghai Junyi was invited to attend the concurrent summit at AMTS 2019 and delivered a compelling speech titled "Smart Manufacturing Solutions and Real-World Case Studies for All-Aluminum Battery Trays in New Energy Applications"!

On July 1, Liu Yuyang, Solutions Manager of the Robot Application Business Division at Shanghai Junyi, was invited to attend the AMTS2019 Concurrent Summit—the 5th Automotive Power Lithium Battery Assembly and Testing Engineering Conference—and delivered a compelling keynote speech titled "Smart Manufacturing Solutions and Real-World Cases for All-Aluminum Battery Pads in New Energy Vehicles."

The presentation highlighted Junyi's profound understanding of the manufacturing process for all-aluminum battery trays, as well as its corresponding intelligent solutions. It addressed key aspects such as the selection of positioning benchmarks for battery trays, strategies to ensure overall deformation remains within ±2mm, a comparative analysis of how CMT and laser welding processes affect product quality, an in-depth examination of how FSW (Friction Stir Welding) machine configurations and robotic systems influence processing speed and product performance, and a clear, step-by-step explanation of the diverse applications of SPR, FDS, and even aluminum spot welding techniques on battery trays, along with various approaches to achieving sealing integrity testing. Finally, the presentation provided a comprehensive case study showcasing Shanghai Junyi's fully automated battery tray production line that has been successfully exported to Europe.

The presentation received unanimous approval from the attending experts and sparked a positive response. Junyi will continue to deepen its focus on the all-aluminum battery tray business, helping customers meet their automation production line needs.
