On the afternoon of November 7, 2023, Shi Jianying, Member of the Standing Committee of the Songjiang District Committee of Shanghai, Director of the Organization Department, and Director of the District Talent Office, led a delegation to visit and conduct research at Shanghai Junyi. Accompanying them were Ding Ting, Deputy Minister of the Organization Department of the Songjiang District Committee of Shanghai, Director of the District Institutional Establishment Office, and Deputy Director of the District Talent Office; as well as Wu Ping, Vice Mayor of Dongjing Town, Songjiang District, Shanghai. Ma Yuxin, Chairman of Shanghai Junyi, along with other senior company executives, welcomed the delegation and engaged in a cordial exchange.
Before the meeting, led by Junyi's Deputy General Manager Zhen Hongfei, everyone toured the company’s exhibition hall, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the company’s corporate culture, its development journey, core business areas, and R&D capabilities. Following that, the group visited the R&D laboratory, the laser lab, and the integrated production line, where they delved into Junyi’s industry growth prospects and emerging technology trends.
At the symposium, Chairman Ma Yuxin provided a detailed overview of the challenges and opportunities the company faces in areas such as innovative development and technological R&D, while also highlighting the company's efforts in building a robust talent pipeline. Minister Shi Jianying, after listening, carefully inquired about the current difficulties and specific needs Juyi is encountering in its talent development initiatives. In response, Vice Minister Ding elaborated on Songjiang District's comprehensive talent support policies aimed at key high-tech enterprises like Shanghai Juyi.
